Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times:

- Canada: 2–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 2–7 business days
- Australia: 1–5 business days
- Europe: 2–7 business days
- International Orders: 1–7 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Promotional free shipping offers may be available from time to time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at support@unveil.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to assist in locating your package.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
